RESTRICTION ON ACQUISITION OF HAND OR MEASURING TOOLS (JUN 2005) Hand or measuring tools delivered under this contract shall be produced in the United States or its outlying areas.

- (b) Insert the clause at 252.225-7015, Restriction on Acquisition of Hand or Measuring Tools, in solicitations and contracts, including solicitations and contracts using FAR part 12 procedures for the acquisition of commercial products and commercial services, that exceed the threshold at 225.7002-2(a) that require delivery of hand or measuring tools.
