As prescribed at 206.103-370, insert the following provision: DOMESTIC SOURCE RESTRICTION (AUG 2023) This solicitation is restricted to domestic sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(3). Foreign sources, except Canadian sources, are not eligible for award.
