It also replaces the DFARS Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 204 text. The deviation implements Executive Orders 14275 and 14265 and Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-25-26, which direct elimination of unnecessary procurement regulations. ## Required Contracting Officer Actions 1.
